These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bo99 platform and all its services. By visiting the bo99 website (https://bo99.bar), opening an account, or using any service, you expressly agree to these Terms.

The meanings of some key terms used in these Terms are as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the bo99 website, mobile interface, and all related services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who accesses the platform or operates an account.
• "Services" refers to all of bo99's online betting, casino games, slots, live dealer, and other gaming services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of valid funds and bonus amounts held in your bo99 account.

bo99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the new Terms.

3.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. bo99 will never ask for your password via email or message. Any unauthorised use of the account or suspicious activity must be reported to the support team immediately.

If one person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Users in Bangladesh can deposit funds on the bo99 platform via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• After a withdrawal request is submitted, processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the method registered on the account and to the registered name.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.

If evidence of fraud or irregularity is found in any transaction, bo99 will investigate and may suspend the withdrawal process if necessary.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

After opening a new account at bo99, a 100% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the bonus amount, it must be wagered 25 times. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the sum of the deposit and bonus. For example, on receiving a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳25,000 (i.e., 1,000 × 25) must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

There may be a time limit for completing wagering requirements. If the requirements are not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once and on one account.
• If a bonus is claimed on multiple accounts from the same household, IP address, or device, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• bo99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another player.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on bo99 are conducted fairly and transparently. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Users should ensure they are familiar with the rules before placing a bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA, local and international leagues), kabaddi, and other sports. All odds and market information are displayed in real time.

If an event is cancelled or declared abandoned, the stake for the related bet will be returned to the user's account. However, separate guidelines may apply for partial payouts under bo99's own rules.

6.3 Casino & Slots

bo99 casino offers live dealer games, slot machines, and table games. All games are operated by established third-party software providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe. Each game's outcome is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bo99 platform:

• Any form of fraud, hacking, exploiting platform vulnerabilities, or attempting to manipulate the platform.
• Unfairly claiming bonus or promotion benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

In the following circumstances, bo99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Suspicious or unusual activity is detected on the account.
• Required documents for verification are not provided in time.
• At the user's own request to close the account (self-exclusion).

8.2 User's Rights

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting the support team. An opportunity will be given to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed; however, any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements will be cancelled.
